Its warmth from the cold.It is the rage burning in everything. It is the source of creation and destruction, as well as evolution. It is raw power.
Rage.
Hatred, revenge, death; these are the things rage does. The dance of rage may not end well, so don't dance The Dance of Rage.
Creation.
The creating of life and the upholding of life. 
Destruction.
The destroying of life and everything it upholds.
Evolution.
The changing of life, and what upholds it and what it upholds.
Power.
Speaking and being heard, doing and having consequences-good or bad-, knowing; this is what power is. The power to have an effect, on someone or something.

    “Jayfeather? Leafpool?” a young kit mewed, limping into the medicine cat den. Cherrykit was moaning over a thorn in her pad.
    Jayfeather rolled his sightless eyes and said resentfully, “Coming Cherrykit!” He padded over to the moaning she-kit saying, “OK, how did you get a thorn in your pad when you’re not allowed to leave camp. Especially after that stunt yesterday!”
    The kit continued to moan as she said, “I went to make dirt and on the way back I was chasing a huge leaf. I was going really fast and wasn’t watching where I was going…”
    Jayfeather cocked his head to one side and finished, “And you went straight into the thorn barrier.”
    The young kit nodded and held out her paw. Jayfeather snatched her
